Fluency hides weak decisions

Language models are excellent at producing polished versions of the assumptions they receive. If the founder describes the product through internal language, the output often makes that language smoother rather than questioning it.

The model does not feel the confusion

A prompt can simulate objections, but it does not replace observing a real target buyer interpret the page. The most valuable input is often the surprising wrong answer a participant gives after five seconds.

Use AI after diagnosis

AI is valuable for exploring message variants, compressing research, and accelerating production. It should multiply a sound positioning decision, not manufacture one from nothing.
